Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your order as much as we do!

However, if you decide you would like to return your item or it arrives and is damaged or faulty please contact us by email at within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received).
  • We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible.
  • In some cases we may need you to return the damaged item to us. We will arrange for any damaged or faulty items to be collected. We may also request photographic evidence.
  • Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.
  • Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and any courier charges and if you have requested one, release your exchange.
  • For all damaged or faulty items requiring a refund the full cost of your order including postage will be refunded.
